Our Terms And Conditions

Below are mentioned some of our terms and conditions:

Late Arrivals

We recommend our guests to be at the spa at least 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Late Arrival will result in having your therapy time reduced.

Pregnancy

We strongly insist all the pregnant women to seek medical advice before attending any therapy sessions.

Food & Drinks

We recommend you to not have any consumables before half-an-hour of your therapy session. Also it is not advisedto consume alcohol immediately after the session.

Steam

The wet heat of steam room is effective in opening the pores of your skin and awakening your respiratory system. We recommend no more than 5-6mins of Steam Room Therapy at max only.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Our therapists will not tolerate any sort of misbehaviour and they reserve the right to stop any therapy at any time in case of any such occurrence.

Feedback

In case you're not satisfied with our services we request you to have a word with our manager or receptionist on duty before leaving the premises.

Lovely ambience, great service and well trained staff! We had a couples massage and both the masseuse were polite, professional and great at their job! We were helped by Ashon and Tim and both were kind at understanding the level of pressure required. Ashon went above and beyond to help relax my ankle with additional support without me even asking for it. The spa itself is very clean and calming without any overpowering fragrances. The bathrooms are equipped with steam machine and good quality bath products. Such a great experience, will definitely return!

I took full body coffee scrub followed by massage and steam bath. What a wonderful experience i had.
